De Kroon flowers handles your personal data with care. This statement explains which data we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

Who we are

De Kroon flowers, Bloemenstraat 6, 6596 DT Milsbeek, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 56930100. We are responsible for processing the personal data described in this statement. Questions? Email [email protected] or call 0485 – 540 532.

What data we collect and why

Signing up for a workshop or event

We ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and the number of people. We use these to reserve your place, send you a confirmation and contact you if anything changes. This is necessary to process your booking. We keep this data until no later than one year after the event. If you do not confirm your booking within 24 hours via the link in our email, we delete the data straight away.

Newsletter

We ask for your email address and, if you wish, your name. You first receive an email with a confirmation link; only after clicking it are you subscribed. We use your data solely to send the newsletter, based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every newsletter; we then delete your address immediately. Subscriptions that have not been confirmed after 30 days are deleted.

Contact form, email or phone

Through the contact form we ask for your name, email address, subject and message, and your phone number if you wish. If you email or call us, we receive similar details. We only use them to answer your question. We keep messages sent through the form for a maximum of one year.

Technical data

To keep the website secure, the server temporarily records technical data such as your IP address and the time of your visit. We keep these logs for a maximum of 14 days.

Visitor statistics

We keep anonymous visitor statistics with Umami, which runs on our own server: how many visitors the website has, which pages they view and roughly which country or region they come from. We do not use cookies for this, we do not store your IP address and the data cannot be traced back to you personally. It is not shared with anyone else. If "Do Not Track" is switched on in your browser, your visit is not counted. We do not use any software that tracks your browsing behaviour on other websites.
